Making a complaint.  

We take all complaints very seriously, and would request that you contact the Herne Bay Domestics store. Please do this via email.

Fault or damage to a delivered item.

  1. Within 21 days: Email the shop with details of the fault and photos of the damage if applicable. If the appliance has arrived damaged, please do not attempt to install it yourself or to fix the issue- if you do this there is very little we can do to help. Again, please email us on sales@hernebaydomestics.co.uk.
  2. After 21 days: Herne Bay Domestics do not offer support for items over 21 days old. In this case, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for their assistance. Below is a list of some of these manufacturers’ contact details:
