Bought my Bosch Dishwasher from H.B.D. in January last year
Unfortunately, a few days ago, a flashing led appeared showing 'Check Water;
I called H.B.D. and an engineer arrived first thing the next morning
He sorted out the problem after a thorough examination

Ordered on Sunday had a phone call on the bank holiday Monday saying they could deliver and install that Wednesday. Lads arrived at 9.15 after call to say they were on their way. Really friendly and installed quickly. Showed me how to use it and gave some useful advice too. A+++ service from start to finish. We will certainly,y use again when we need new appliance.

Amazing customer service. Contacted them via Facebook at 10pm on Monday to check if an item was in stock, received a prompt reply, stock ordered, and even hand-delivered by one of the team to my home address a good half hour away from the store.
Simply won't get service like that from a larger company - and on top of that they were cheaper than Amazon, Curry's, the lot! Very very happy customer.

Called for a repair on my oven, flexible on date, came and were very professional. Fixed it in about 30 minutes and now have a repaired oven. Cost c£120 for replacement element and bulb. Would definitely use again!

Our washing machine broke down and we were told it would be an 8 day wait to get an engineer visit. We contacted Matty at Herne Bay Domestics because they are local and have a great reputation. We received a detailed email from Matty giving options of machines immediately available. We purchased a new machine and it was installed the next day - absolutely brilliant. Fully understand now why they are so highly recommended. Fantastic sales and customer service.

What brilliant people! As the result of an accident that left me with 1 usable arm I decided to buy a combi oven. Having been let down by big company I rang the Herne Bay shop. Not only did they have what I wanted but as I live on the edge of Romney Marsh delivery was difficult but the problem was solved by a fab young man who went out of his way to stop-off after work on the way to visit his mum! We wanted to replace our undercounter fridge & freezer. On visit to shop we got exactly the help and advice we needed with no pushy trying to get you to buy more than you need. The guys delivering & fitting were 1st class. They had a rotten job to get the old ones out & we then found out they had been wired directly into wall. No stress for these guys they just sorted it out for us with no issues. A great customer service I would definitely recommend them.

My washing machine started to go wrong and Herne Bay domestics sent a repair man out who fixed it and advised we may be lucky and the fix would last but unfortunately the machine was totally clogged. After a week it died for good and so I ordered a machine from Herne Bay Domestics who delivered and fitted within 2 days of the order. The delivery was free but to fit and take away the old one was £90 but that was money well spent as the machine was built in and the delivery guys did a brilliant job of butting the new machine in and attaching the cupboard door. Brilliant company, I would use again and highly recommend. Give a local firm a try before looking elsewhere.

My wine fridge broke down and having checked the internet for appliance prices I was well impressed when HB Domestics matched the cheapest price but offered a local installation service at no additional cost. The installation team were excellent checking the appliance was level and properly installed before leaving. An all round excellent local service, many thanks.

Samsung dishwasher ordered Friday and delivered on time as promised Monday by Dave and Phil. They fitted it and tested it and were helpful and courteous .I have spoken to this company about another issue in the past when I wasn't buying and they were so helpful on the phone I felt confident to order from them for first time . I ordered the Freezer on Monday and it was delivered FREE on Thursday. I was messaged on Wednesday to tell me the time it was going to come, 2 guys turned up in the time frame specified, very helpful and friendly took the old one away for £20.00.
The price matched all the other websites, and the removal was the only extra to pay unlike other company's who had other add ons which took the price up quite a bit.
I will definitely use again and tell other people.

I've seen HBD's delivery vans around a lot but never ordered from them until now. I suppose I've not quite been able to overcome my dislike of Herne Bay which I've had since my university digs days.
Anyway, I read all the very good reviews about HBD and ordered a larder fridge from them. The ordering process online was straightforward. They have quite an extensive choice.
Our chosen delivery time didn't fit into their standard free-delivery days for our area. But this was no problem HBD just arranged a special delivery for us at no additional cost. Indeed, they were then incredibly patient when we messed them about changing the delivery date fully three times just to fit around the wife's tennis diary.
They have a price-match promise which states they'll match any price on the internet. After I placed the order I thought I'd found the larder cheaper elsewhere. I told HBD who quickly and politely explained the lower price I'd found was from a London shop who don't deliver down here in Kent. It's fair enough isn't it the price-match only covers retailers who actually deliver in the area. All the other retailers I checked online were the same or a higher price than HBD.
All the HBD staff I have spoken with have been very courteous, efficient and helpful. I now won't hesitate to use HBD again ... even if they're in Herne Bay!

Purchased a fire suite on Friday, on which the price was matched by HBD savings me £80, and it was delivered by them on the following Wednesday free of charge over a distance of 40+ miles. Leo came out to look at a faulty tilt oven door. Excellent service from start to finish. Clearly knew his subject and identified a faulty mechanism which would mean a high cost to repair. Fully explained the costs of repair vs the cost of a replacement oven which allowed us to make a fully informed decision.
12th Dec
Our new ovens were supplied, and installed, by Herne Bay Domestics today. Both installation engineers were engaging, polite and efficient and quickly worked through a minor issue to finish the installation in under an hour.
Oustanding service received on both occasions and we will use this company in the future for other appliance issues.
