Herne Bay Domestics is the best company to deal with, fast efficient service, always on hand to help, I made a mistake in ordering and they changed the order no issues at all, the replacement had a slight mark on the door, they came the next day and changed it. Simply brilliant service, I wouldn't go anywhere else, I have had a washing machine, tumble dryer, American fridge, chest freezer and dishwasher in the last three months from them. they are excellent!!!

Bought my Bosch Dishwasher from H.B.D. in January last year Unfortunately, a few days ago, a flashing led appeared showing 'Check Water; I called H.B.D. and an engineer arrived first thing the next morning He sorted out the problem after a thorough examination A very well trained engineer gave me the great satisfaction that H.B.D. sure do use the best engineers Thank you H.B.D. Why go anywhere else?

Ordered on Sunday had a phone call on the bank holiday Monday saying they could deliver and install that Wednesday. Lads arrived at 9.15 after call to say they were on their way. Really friendly and installed quickly. Showed me how to use it and gave some useful advice too. A+++ service from start to finish. We will certainly,y use again when we need new appliance.

Amazing customer service. Contacted them via Facebook at 10pm on Monday to check if an item was in stock, received a prompt reply, stock ordered, and even hand-delivered by one of the team to my home address a good half hour away from the store. Simply won't get service like that from a larger company - and on top of that they were cheaper than Amazon, Curry's, the lot! Very very happy customer.

Called for a repair on my oven, flexible on date, came and were very professional. Fixed it in about 30 minutes and now have a repaired oven. Cost c£120 for replacement element and bulb. Would definitely use again!

I need to say how delighted I am with the purchase of my blue Swan fridge from HBD, to replace a Smeg. The quality is excellent and superior to Smeg, in my opinion. Also my Bloomberg dishwasher. Both from Hernebay Domestics who are most helpful and efficient. I thoroughly recommend this company and their guidance on product information.

I'm very impressed with HBD - I called Thursday, they had an appointment for today (Saturday). £45 call out fee which I think is very reasonable, especially for a Saturday call out! The £45 comes off any parts that need to be ordered. Unfortunately the drum on our machine was kaput and a new drum was going to be £500. So new machine it was. But I wasn't pressured to buy from them or anything like that, I was shown what was wrong and he looked at the price of a replacement drum there and then to make sure he wasn't guessing. Professional, quick, friendly. Very happy!

Our washing machine broke down and we were told it would be an 8 day wait to get an engineer visit. We contacted Matty at Herne Bay Domestics because they are local and have a great reputation. We received a detailed email from Matty giving options of machines immediately available. We purchased a new machine and it was installed the next day - absolutely brilliant. Fully understand now why they are so highly recommended. Fantastic sales and customer service.

What brilliant people! As the result of an accident that left me with 1 usable arm I decided to buy a combi oven. Having been let down by big company I rang the Herne Bay shop. Not only did they have what I wanted but as I live on the edge of Romney Marsh delivery was difficult but the problem was solved by a fab young man who went out of his way to stop-off after work on the way to visit his mum! We wanted to replace our undercounter fridge & freezer. On visit to shop we got exactly the help and advice we needed with no pushy trying to get you to buy more than you need. The guys delivering & fitting were 1st class. They had a rotten job to get the old ones out & we then found out they had been wired directly into wall. No stress for these guys they just sorted it out for us with no issues. A great customer service I would definitely recommend them.

I first used HBD when I had a new gas cooker and called on them when my old washing machine went wrong. Very pleased with the service provided by HBD. As the old machine could not be repaired HBD recommended two washing machines to my husband and I am very pleased with the one that I chose. HBD are very effecient, keep to their appointment time and the staff are experienced in the work they do. I would recommend HBD to anyone requiring household appliances.

I am bowled over by the excellent service I have just received from this company. Our dishwasher broke down on Sunday, I ordered a new Neff on Monday and it was delivered and installed midday on Tuesday and the old machine removed.The staff were very helpful and communication with them excellent. This has been the most positive purchasing of white goods experience I have ever had. A big THANK YOU to team at Herne Bay Domestics!

You can go to different places for comparing prices. But none of them will do what this company did for me. Really a community spirit and driven to make something work with a fridge/freezer - microwave - cooker - Kettle - hoover and more... They came to help set my place up and were really kind in making sure everything was working okay before leaving. Will never forget it and extremely grateful to the HBD team!
